My opinion is that horizontal application of 7/8″ corrugated prefinished sheet metal on the soffit portions would be a compliment to the overall architecture.
yes. it would add interest but it seems that the architects were going for a minimal language to the building. even potlights are omitted in the soffit (except for 2 by the windows). even the venting strips are concealed (if there are any).
