West Coast Modern Home Tour
Tickets are now available for the upcoming West Coast Modern Home Tour, presented by British Pacific Properties Limited and Livingspace.
Enjoy private access to this year’s featured homes:
- Eppich I, designed by Arthur Erickson, 1979, renovation by BattersbyHowat Architects, 2015.
- Eppich II, designed by Arthur Erickson, 1988, landscape design by Cornelia Oberlander, guest house designed by Nick Milkovich.
- Symons House, designed by Hamish McIntyre, 1962.
- Geoff and Ruth Massey House, renovations by Living Radius, 2023.
- Waterford House, designed by Romses Quan and Associates, 1985, suite renovations by Adam Becker Design, 2023.
The tour will take place from 12 to 4 p.m. and end with a Modern Tea Party, which will take place in the garden at the West Vancouver Art Museum from 4 to 6 p.m. Home Tour participants will receive “Tea in a Box,” catered by The Modern Pantry.
