i have to share with you a new development coming up on west 4th avenue in kitsilano. it is call m o n a d, which i do not know what it means but it looks promising. upon looking at the brochure, it should be a nice ‘green’ building. to me it seems like it will look a little like the roar projects on west 10th avenue in point grey which won awards by the raic.

trasolini chetner is building the project, so that should be good as i have seen them do quality work on modern buildings around the city.
