this home was designed by fx40 in north vancouver and just by looking at the floor plan, you can tell this is a very unique house. check out the entry sequence : you walk/drive down the the driveway : walk past a 2-storey waterfall : come into an open atrium and turn right to face the door : enter thru and turn left to go down a hallway into the living spaces. Pretty cool, i think.
