i really like the way the designer dealt with the typical floor plan. you know, the one with the two gables on each side of the house and a central entry gable on the lower floor. Here with the use of a low-pitched hip roof, the solution is excellent. nice choice of materials makes this home feel much more contemporary within the context of most vancouver homes. the interior are still somewhat lacking, but I won’t blame the architect for that.
