this is a nice attempt at this ‘now very common’ west coast style that is popping up here and there, with the typical use of gray stucco and horizontal tongue & groove cedar siding.

this is the view looking at the house from the south-east, just off west king edward avenue.

upon looking at google street-view (see below), its is clear that this is a major renovation.
