now you may think upon first looking at this house, it looks a little run down but i sure see excellent potential. according to the listing, the structure of the home is in great shape. i would love to bring this beauty back to its former glory and then some. here is an aerial shot of the house in context:

and here is a bird’s-eye view looking at the house from the south-east. it is nicely nestled in the trees but yet there is a good enough clearing in the trees from the south side for excellent solar gains.
